01What we collect
When you book, we ask for a name, a mobile number, the address the vehicle will be at, and optionally an email and a note about the car. That is the whole of it.
We do not ask for payment details on this site. Nothing is charged to book, and payment happens on site when the work is done.
02Why we collect it
- To reach you about the appointment you booked: confirming it, moving it, and telling you when the crew is close.
- To find the vehicle on the day.
- To keep a record of what was done, so a future booking does not start from nothing.
03What we never do with it
- We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anybody marketing anything.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you booked a detail.
- We do not text you about offers. The only messages you get are about your own appointment, unless you ask otherwise.
04How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as they are useful for servicing your vehicle, and no longer than is reasonable for our own accounting. Ask us to delete yours and we will, other than anything we are required to retain.
05What this website itself stores
A confirmed booking is stored in a cookie on your own browser so the site can show you your appointment when you come back. It is not readable by scripts and it is not shared with anybody. Clearing your cookies removes it.
06Photographs
We photograph our own work, and some of it appears on this site and on social media. Vehicles are shown, never number plates, addresses, or anything identifying an owner. Tell us you would rather we did not photograph yours and we will not.
