Fully mobile · we come to you/Booked out · text for a slot

Everything people ask before booking.

If it is not here, text us. A real person reads them.

On the day

Do I need to be home?

No. Plenty of bookings are keys in a lockbox and a text when we are finished. Put the details in the notes when you book and we will work around whatever your morning looks like.

Do you need my water or power?

No. Every crew carries a 60-gallon tank and a generator. All we need is somewhere to park within about a hose length of the car, and roughly a car's width of room around it to work.

What if it rains or snows?

We work under a canopy through most weather, and interiors are unaffected by it entirely. If a day genuinely will not hold, we text the night before and move it at no cost.

Can you work in an apartment car park?

Usually, yes, as long as the building allows it and there is a stall we can work around. It is worth checking with the office first, and telling us in the notes so the crew arrives knowing where to go.

Pricing

Why is the price based on the size of the vehicle?

Because the work is. A three-row has half again as much glass, carpet, and seating as a sedan, and takes proportionally longer. Sizing the price to the vehicle is what lets us quote a fixed number before we have seen it.

Is anything charged when I book?

No. Booking holds a slot and nothing else. The crew is paid on completion, after you have walked the car with them.

Could the price change once you see the car?

Only if the car needs something the package does not cover, and only after we have told you. We stop, explain, and quote the extra. Nothing gets added to a total without being said out loud first.

Do you take card?

Card, tap, and transfer, all on site. A written receipt goes to whatever number or email is on the booking.

The work

How long does a detail actually take?

An Interior Express is ninety minutes to two hours. A full interior is three to five. The Full Detail is most of a day and runs with two crew. Every package page carries a range for each vehicle size.

Will you get every stain out?

Most of them. Some dye transfer, sun-baked spills, and older pet damage are permanent, and no amount of extraction changes that. We tell you which is which before we start rather than after you have paid.

Is a ceramic coating worth it?

On a car you plan to keep more than a couple of years, usually. It does not stop rock chips, but it makes washing quicker, keeps contamination from bonding, and holds gloss for years rather than months. It only makes sense after the paint has been corrected, which is why we quote the two together.

How often should I book?

A maintenance interior every four to six weeks keeps a daily driver where it should be. A full detail once or twice a year, and before you sell.

Still deciding?

Send a photo of the worst corner of the car and we will tell you which package handles it, what it costs, and whether it is worth doing at all.
